Garlic

One of the more unexpected supplements that can help fight tinnitus is garlic.

Garlic has great antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and antiviral properties. It’s often used in drop or oil form to help with earaches. Considering this, it might also help people find relief for their tinnitus.
