You will need to obtain a strain of kombucha :
- Tea (black or green).

- Boil 1 liter of water containing 70g of sugar.
- When the water is muddy, remove it from the fire and brew the tea.

- During your first fermentation, add 2 tablespoons of cider to acidify the medium.
